February 2025 Organizing Conference: Fight the Rich & Their Two Parties | February 22

We need to use our momentum from getting out the vote for Jill Stein'santiwar pro-worker campaign to fight the rich and their two parties. To end the wars and the genocide in Gaza. To fight against racism, sexism, and all forms of oppression. To organize protests and strike actions to win a $25/hour minimum wage, Medicare for All, quality affordable housing, and good union jobs for all.

Proposal #1238: GPUS Endorsement and Participation in Workers Strike Back Organizing Conference-Seattle

The Green Party of the United States National Committee endorses the Workers Strike Back Organizing Conference, February 22, 2025, and will plan to send two members of the Steering Committee to participate. Up to $500 will be authorized to help cover travel and lodging expenses.

Victories

During the presidential campaigns, the Green Party is condemned by many for only running residential candidates. Nothing could be further from the truth.

At least 160 Greens hold elected office as of the November 2024 elections. Greens have been elected at least 1580 times in history in the United States — and over 6800 times Greens have run for public office in the United States, with 62% for county, municipal, educational and special district offices and 38% for state and federal partisan office.

A description of our mission is on our web page. All who want to refine their skills in media outreach are welcome to join and we are particularly looking for people with experience in the following areas:

Graphics with Adobe and Canva
Livestreaming with Streamyard
Video production

His progressive platform and commitment to sustainable, community-centered policies have earned him endorsements from the Greater Milwaukee Green Party and the Wisconsin Green Party, which have made sizable donations to his campaign.

A great campaign launch!

Thank you to all who braved the cold and came out for our campaign launch event yesterday. It was a great and inspiring day for me, and from what I heard of those in attendance, it was for many of you as well. Each of the speakers and everyone in attendance represent a part of the movement we need to build if we are going to have the courage to imagine and the power to transform Maryland.
