Bio
Hilary Bradbury-Huang serves on the Board of Trustees of Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California. She is Director of Sustainable Business Research Programs at the Center for Sustainable Cities at the University of Southern California. She holds a Ph.D in management (organizational psychology) and a Masters in philosophy. Her expertise is in the field of organizational change and the development of collaborative networks oriented toward sustainable development. She regularly teaches executive management programs both at USC and around the nation. When working with students and businesses, she uses an ?action research? approach that cycles between collaborative intervention and reflection/theory building.

Bradbury-Huang partners with the principals of CleanAgency to offer 'CleanPractice,' a consultancy service for companies in need of advice and professional services related to becoming a sustainable enterprise. She is editor of 'Action Research,' an international, interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal from Sage Publications. In addition, Hilary publishes in a variety of journals and is currently working on a book concerning the role of women in moving society toward a more sustainable state.

Bradbury-Huang is politically engaged and inspired by green values. She commits the work of this lifetime to moving society toward increased sustainability, i.e., meeting the needs of the present without reducing the capacity of future generations to meet their needs. A member of the Green Party, a global party, she works locally while considering herself a global citizen. She speaks Irish and German fluently and conversational French.
