White has served as treasurer and policy analyst for numerous Green Party campaigns. She created a database of state ballot access laws and petitioning requirements for the national party and produced a handbook on FEC, BOE and NYC Campaign Finance Board reporting requirements for campaign treasurers.

White currently serves on the Brooklyn Community Board One Transportation Committee, where she participated in mediating train closures between the MTA and local businesses and increasing the number of bike racks in the district. White grew up in Oregon where one of her first political activities was opposing anti-gay initiatives No. 9 and No. 13.
