John travels the country speaking to groups about public financing and grassroots electoral organizing.* He introduced legislation to end the war in Iraq in the Maine legislature. As a Maine State Representative John introduced legislation for single payer health care and was an organizer in a successful effort to put the citizens of Portland, Maine on record as being in support of single payer health care.
