The Green Party of Pennsylvania (GPPA, www.gpofpa.org/) will meet on Saturday, May 19, from 10 am to 4 pm, at Days Inn Penn State on 240 Pugh St. in State College , PA. The main purpose of this meeting is to announce the results a series of caucuses held throughout the state. From the Buzz Cafe in Philadelphia to Citizen Power in Pittsburgh , Greenline Paper in York , Borough buildings. libraries, cafes, restaurants and hotels in Swarthmore, La Plume, Bethlehem , Lansdale, Reading , Wilkes-Barre , Lancaster and Honesdale were meeting places for Greens to discuss and declare their preferences for a Presidential candidate.

The candidates include Dr. Jill Stein, www.jillstein.org/, physician, teacher of internal medicine, environmental health advocate and former candidate for State Representative, Secretary of State and Governor of Massachusetts; Roseanne Barr, www.roseanneforpresident2012.org, actress, comedian, television producer and activist; and Dr. Kent Mesplay, www.mesplay.org/, San Diego Air Quality Inspector and longtime Green Party activist.

The caucus results will instruct Pennsylvania's 9 delegates how to vote in the 2012 Green Party of the U.S. Presidential Convention to be held in Baltimore, MD, July 12 - 15, www.gpconvention2012.com/. Balloting has been close, a cliffhanger is expected. This meeting is open to the public. Friends and supporters of the Green Party are welcome to attend.
