Registration price includes conference folder, delegate packet, and a
continental breakfast served at the meeting venue.
Meals
Continental breakfast is included in the price of registration and
available on-site at the meeting venue. For those who want a heartier
breakfast, there are a number of diners and coffeehouses in the neighborhood.
We will offer lunch for $8.00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the
Historic Y building, where the conference is taking place. Advance purchase requested. Please select vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore.

The Pima County Green Party will host a dinner presentation on border
issues at a nearby church on Friday night. Tickets for the event are
$11.50 on-line, and $15 at the door. Please select vegan, or chicken.

For dinner other nights, there is a rich variety of small bars, bistros,
coffeehouses, cafes, pubs, BBQs, lounges, internet cafes, burger joints,
pizza patios, sandwich shops, diners, pits, and restaurants in the neighborhood. The food choices range the continents, and include
vegetarian and vegan selections.
Accommodations
Dorm Rooms are available at the University of Arizona's Coronado Hall. Rooms are
suite-style, meaning two rooms share one bathroom. Single rooms are $35
per night and doubles are $25 per person per night. This includes all
bedding, towels, etc., and the room is made prior to arrival.
The dorm
also has a meeting lounge on each floor, TV lounge, laundry room, and
vending machines. Computer access in dorms: one port/ room, your laptop
must be equipped with a "10 Base T" Ethernet adapter card and cord.
Parking is available at the
dorms for $2.50 per day M-F 9-5. You must reserve parking in advance, through the on-line registration

There are a number of hostels, campgrounds, and hotels -ranging in price. The rates below are based on booking ten or more rooms, and
prices are subject to change. There is an 8% sales tax, but also a 12%
bed tax, so 20% needs to be added on to the quoted rates.

Regrettably, there are no unionized hotel options.
AZ is a "right to work" state, and unions struggle here. Our state Green Party chair is a union
official, and our local Green Party held several solidarity events during the
recently settled strike of copper miners at ASARCO, so we have a deep commitment to labor. It is partly
because the hotels are not union that we have chosen an alternative meeting venue.
